When the head 70 is pushed into contact with the annular portion 92, the screw 7 is retracted. in the inner race 52 and substantially does not protrude from a side edge 30 of the pulley 3. In order to maintain the screw 7 inserted in the inner race 52, the annular portion 92 extends inwardly towards the XX 'axis to an intermediate portion 74 of the screw 7 located between the head 70 and the thread 72.
